Closed Loop Tracking System

Celerity's electronic freight tracking system allows customers to track each piece of freight by their own barcode numbers, eliminating the need to correlate carrier shipping labels to inventory control data. Celerity's system also provides customers with the ability to track each piece on a secure web-site. At the end of the closed loop, the system captures electronic POD. The end result: no paper manifest, on-line tracking by your own barcodes and less time spent at the backdoor receiving merchandise - all resulting in increased productivity.

Send Your Shipping Information

• Enter your orders via the web. This allows you to create your own shipping labels.
• Send us an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) file. The ASN file provides all details of your shipments. It ties the product data to the barcode and allows you to track packages back to their inventory control records. If you would like to transmit ASN's but do not have an existing format, we can work with you to create one.

Track Your Packages

Track your packages via the web using either our control number, your barcode number, or according reference number.

Delivery Notification

We capture the POD (Proof of Delivery) information including:

• The date and time of delivery.
• The name and signature of the receiving party.

All of this information is displayed via the web tracking tool.

We can provide a return file in your specified format in order to allow you to electronically update your internal records.
